Arceus is pronouned ARKEEYUS not ARCEEUS okay? Oh and Arceus is the only pokemon that changes color when given a different plate. Examples below.

No. In Japanese, the original name, I believe, is pronounced Ar-see-us. I don't know how they got Ar-key-us in the movie, and that really ticked me off.
